I use a modern, proven approach to life coaching called Identity-Based Coaching® and the Stuck Story Coaching Method®. The reason people don't achieve their life goals is not due to lack of willpower, it's because they are not living in alignment with their authentic self. I don't focus on traditional goal setting, habit change, and willpower. My unique system combines narrative psychology, neuroscience, and positive psychology and is designed to help you rewrite the stories keeping you stuck––helping you discover your true identity and align with your inner passions and values.
